Global Logistics & Fulfillment
To be successful in the Global Marketplace, it is necessary to have distributed logistics and fulfillment services, as well as regional Representation. This allows for more efficient operations, and opens access to otherwise inaccessible resources, specifically in China. Further, by having warehoused inventory in select places, import duties can minimized and Customs delays shortened.
So, to address this need, we established our wholly owned Hong Kong corporation LiveWise Global Services to operate our network of distributed order processing & fulfillment centers. In addition to this LiveWise Global Services provides Direct Manufacturer’s Representation services in Asia to our Global clients that wish to access the Asia markets – including China.
Our fulfillment centers are linked directly to our eCommerce web assets, and allow for automated, seamless order processing and inventory management. In addition to this, these distributed warehouse locations serve as a ‘Quick- Response’ source and inventory-buffer. By distributing inventory we are able to respond faster to demand-surges, and also distribute products in a much more efficient and cost effective manner – also a key to global success.
We currently utilized two 3rd-party partners to accommodate this need: Amazon Fulfillment Centers, and FloShip Global Services group.
Amazon Fulfillment Centers
Owned and operated by Amazon Corporation, it has quickly become a formidable competitor worldwide. This is a network of warehouses spread globally that also provide Pick & Pack services, and direct shipment for both B2C and B2B orders. Efficiency, speed, and accuracy are core missions of this group. We have found them to meet these goals consistently and look forward to their future expansion.
FloShip Global Services
FloShip is our global logistics & fulfillment group that provides similar logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment services from three key locations: USA, Europe, and Hong Kong. Our eCommerce and web-tools interface seamlessly with the order processing and inventory systems too. FloShip allows us to ‘fill-in-the-blanks’ where Amazon Fulfillment does not have a global presence, or where their services are not as economical. By having these two resources, we can also double-buffer critical products that frequently experience surges in orders.
